   Most valuable feature is electronic invoicing - it cuts down on paperwork, bills are delivered, reviewed, approved and sent to a/p electronically, easy to track and process. Would like to see FileNet integration. Important to do extensive due diligence – include researching what other vendors have and to ensure that your processes are in place. This is important because each package has something different to offer. Also make sure that your IT department can support eCounsel's infrastructure requirements, you'll need strong SQL expertise, so involve your IT people from the beginning of evaluation! In order to take advantage of eCounsel's reporting capabilities, you'll need Business Objects, we don't have it and can’t use all of the reporting features. Best part of using eCounsel is Bridgeway itself. They are very responsive, and even though account reps have changed, I never have a problem getting thru to someone or getting a call back - smooth handoffs. and customer support is great.
