    We became a customer of Morningstar Technology back in 1985 during the DOS days when the product was known as ‘The Associate Counsel’, and have remained with your firm and products through all these years as technology has evolved, and have now been using CASELODE for about the past ten years. Back when we first started using your products, our income doubled in the first year. The fact that Morningstar Technology and staff are attentive to our needs means everything to our staff and attorneys. When we need assistance it is there, and when you release new versions of your products they always include very useful enhancements to assist our daily activities.     Our firm has been using Morningstar/Caselode since 1995. We needed a complete accounting package to handle all of our financial applications. Morningstar/Caselode has everything we need and offers all aspects of Law firm accounting. Daily, monthly and yearly reports are easy and accurate to produce. We have many users who find Caselode has a wealth of reports which can answer all of our questions. Caselode can track, total and report all aspects of our practice. When and if we ever have a question Caselode has the absolute best support of any software we currently use. When we find an area that we need other information on, Caselode is open to any suggestions for new reports or tracking. To sum this all up Caselode is by far one of the best, most thorough software packages we have found and we searched them all.

    Our firm has been using CaseLode for over 2 years and has found it to be easy to use and well supported by a knowledgeable staff. The technical support provided by Morningstar Technologies is outstanding. Questions posed to the technical support staff have always been addressed on a timely basis, usually within minutes of sending an email or placing a phone call. Prior to converting to the CaseLode Windows software, our firm used its predecessor, the DOS time and billing software (from Morninstar Technologies) for approximately 16 years. It is no accident that our firm has stayed with Morningstar Technologies’ products.     Caselode works magnificently for our law firm! We use Caselode for our conflict checks, time and billing and our general ledger accounting. It is wonderful to have it all in one system! Caselode is trouble-free and adaptable for various scenarios under time/billing as well as the accounting portion. The reports are very helpful and present well for the executive committee meetings. We also created some customized reports which have improved our efficiency. The telephone support and included upgrades make it easy to stay on top of changes!

    I converted our law firm accounting software to CaseLode in 1989 and I've never regretted making the change. From the very beginning, ease of use and outstanding customer service have been the hallmarks of CaseLode software and Morningstar Technology Corp. The software is extremely easy to learn and use and I've had no trouble teaching new staff members and attorneys how to use the system. Through the years, I've been impressed with the company's desire to stay in the lead technologically and to improve the software based on suggestions provided by actual users! I've always found that technical support was just a phone call or e-mail away. Custom reports have always been available and most often are incorporated in the next software update providing additional enhancements for all users. Most of all, I've truly appreciated the "hands on" approach taken by the founder of Morningstar Technology in dealing with all customer inquiries. It is rare these days to find a software company where you can actually talk with the creator of the software and where your suggestions are heard! I would highly recommend this company and its products to everyone!

    Our firm has been using CaseLode for 23 years and uses all the financial applications, General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Time & Billing, Trust Accounting and Conflict. All applications are easy to use and flexible to different types of law. I have worked with CaseLoad for 5 years with this firm but have worked with other software companies in the past and have never had another software company that could compare in service. Response time has always been same day. Case Lode far exceeds expectations with their service and commitment to their customers. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend this company.

    When I arrived at this firm in 2008, they were already using Caselode as their time, billing and accounting software. I was able to attend a Caselode training session which was very helpful to me in learning to navigate the software. In my opinion, one of the best features of Caselode is its versatility in the time and billing portion of the software. Our firm has a very diverse practice and it is necessary that we have a great amount of flexibility in our billing system to accommodate the various needs of our attorneys and our clients. I have also been very impressed with the great customer service and support that we receive from Morningstar Technologies. Whenever we call for customer support, we are always able to speak directly with the owner or a programmer, which is almost unheard of in this day and age. They are also always willing to customize reports to our firm's specific needs, which is a wonderful feature of their customer service and also speaks to the flexibility and versatility of the software. I would highly recommend this software to any law firm.

    I have been using Caselode for 13 years and the most important thing I can say is that the customer support is phenomenal. My questions are always addressed and resolved immediately and, if needed, the program can be updated to fit our needs. I have not used other software in my career, but have seen a few demonstrations and there is not another product out there that can merge the Time and Billing aspects with the General Ledger as efficiently as Caselode does. The product is easy to use and I couldn't be happier with the financial reports I am able to generate.

    Caselode products were in use by my firm when I started working here in 1988. Back then they were dos programs. We converted to the Windows version in 2001 and have not looked back. Other companies have shown me demos of their products, but none compared to Caselode. Customer service is very important to me, and yours is stellar. I have never had to call or contact you more than once to get a problem solved. Return calls and emails are immediate which is very important. You always have something nice to say and are very patient when explaining things to us who are not computer savvy. I appreciate all that you do and look forward to our continued long-standing relationship.

    In the 15+ years that our firm has used CaseLode, we have been very well served by the product and the support. One key is flexibility. CaseLode makes adjusting the number of billing attorneys and accommodating their respective billing schedules and preferences a snap. Billable costs are automatically captured, reducing effort and insuring cost recovery. General ledger is equally flexible, facilitating apportionment of expenses to attorneys and is always current. Reports can be generated quickly and at any time, enabling management to review and make timely decisions. Billing, payroll, and financial statement preparation are easily handled by one part-time staff member.

    I have used Morningstar / Caselode software for almost 30 years in several law offices. I enjoy attending the training sessions, not only to hear about the updates, but because I get a lot of procedural ideas from the other users. I am very pleased that my requests for changes have been heard, and many are even implemented when the regular updates are released. The software is very powerful, and there are many reports to choose from. I am able to meet all requirements of LEDES for online billing, and they offer many other formats.     “Our law firm has been using CaseLode applications for about 19 years now. We have been and still are extremely pleased with the software products and outstanding support received from the Morningstar folks. We are currently using several of their applications, such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Time & Billing, Trust Accounting, Docket Control/Scheduling, General Ledger and Conflict of Interest and are completely satisfied with each of them. Not only do they meet the firm’s needs, but they meet or exceed our client’s needs as well. In addition, the firm’s management team counts on the reporting capabilities from the various programs for monitoring attorney time, client revenue reports, information on matter types, as well as Balance Statements and Profit and Loss Statements, all of which are easily prepared with a few key strokes.     I have used this product in several offices over a period of 15 years. I love this it! It is logical, easy to use and you cannot beat their customer service. Any request I have had, whether it was customization of reports or help with problems, has been answered within the same day. I can honestly say I have never had to "wait" or been left on hold by this company. I would highly recommend it!
