    I just wanted to take a moment and bring to your attention the FANTASTIC job that Crystal Chandler performs for her clients! I have had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal on a couple of difficult situations in which we have had to deal with overlapping service dates of invoices. Which let me add, is a pain to deal with when we deal with quarterly billing and we have another person (other than I) submitting manual vendor invoices for payment. On that note, Crystal has been very patient with me and has thankfully been able to eliminate our overlapping of service dates by working her magic fingers! This has helped us not only get paid, but also aides the adjuster in having to avoid viewing multiple transactions outside of the service range, which I know is also appreciated. Crystal has even offered to have us call her, to figure out service dates for future invoices, so that we can try to eliminate these issues in the future. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate, not only a live person helping with e-billing, but also for her patience, clear directions and friendly voice as well as her EXCELLENT customer service!!!

    We have been using TrialNet’s services since 1996, starting with Collaboration wherein our law firms share and communicate their experiences on-line regarding expert witnesses and legal issues across the country. This service allowed our firms to better communicate with each other, and with us as the client. In an effort to meet our goal of working in a paperless environment and to better manage our legal spend, we implemented TrialNet’s Electronic Billing product in Year 2000 and have had great success with these two integrated services. We were burdened in 2008 with further cutting legal spend and therefore created an internal Cost Containment Committee, of which TrialNet is also a member. The technology tools they offer and their willingness to assist us with defining additional ways of cutting costs is what spearheaded their VendorConnect program. We are currently using that service for better managing our court reporting and photocopying costs. In the first year of using the VendorConnect program for court reporting, we were able to cut our costs by 16%. Once we saw this data disseminated and were able to report on itemized court reporting costs across all of our cases – across the country, we were able to define ‘best practices’ for scheduling and ordering depositions, which in turn afforded us with even further cost savings. Our Committee is now in the process of gathering research on better managing our medical retrieval costs through VendorConnect. TrialNet has been a valuable partner who has worked with us as a team for over a decade, and continues in that effort. We feel the creation of VendorConnect is truly the next step in the evolution of the Electronic Billing process.

    As a Billing Manager, I am familiar with many different web sites available for law firm billing and I have found TrialNet to be THE BEST. The Customer Service is outstanding, the web site is very user friendly, easy to navigate and the information accessible on the law firm level allows me to follow the status of a submission without the need to contact the claims rep. TrialNet is truly a superior product!

    This is a great system to work on compared to others. I like that you can see what the status of our invoices are at any given time. Reports of reductions are readily available. Support personnel, specifically Crystal Chandler, are a dream to work with - prompt response, clear and concise answers, and has never made me feel like an idiot when I make simple mistakes. My only "bug" with TrialNet is uploading expense backup one at a time. This can be very time consuming when multiple invoices need to be submitted.

    TrialNet's E Billing program is very easy to navigate and their client support is exceptional. Kudos to Crystal Chandler, a TrialNet Customer Services Representative who I have had the pleasure of working with. It is very reassuring to know you have someone readily available to assist whenever a question arises. Glenda Oratorio

    TrialNet's E Billing service works seemlessly. Their customer support is excellent. The process is seemless.
