Overall, Law PreDiscovery is a reliable performer. Customers should plan on the cost of hiring a junior DBA to maintain the system. The extraction tool is a strong feature. Biggest weakness is inflexibility with file exports. Distributive processing on ingestion is an enhancement that would be very valuable.
